Terms of Service

1. Using ClassMaster

By creating an account or using ClassMaster, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian, who agrees to them on your behalf.

2. Your account

• Give your real name, so your teachers and school can find you.
• Keep your sign-in codes and password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person. Do not sign in as someone else or share an account.
• If you joined through a school, your school can see your progress and can remove you from its roster.

3. Teachers and schools

• ClassMaster is free for individual teachers.
• Your schemes of work, timetables and lesson notes are yours. You give us permission to store and display them so we can provide the service to you and, where you are linked to a school, to your school.
• A head teacher who registers a school confirms that they are authorised to act for it, and that the school has the agreement of learners' parents or guardians to add them.
• Lesson notes drafted with AI are a starting point. Check them before you teach from them.
• Schools that buy ClassMaster for their learners do so under a separate agreement with us, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

4. Plans and payments

• New learners get a free trial of the Student plan. When it ends, you keep the free Starter plan unless you choose to pay.
• The Student plan costs ₵25 for one month, ₵75 for four months, or ₵150 for a year. Prices are in Ghana cedis and shown before you pay.
• Each payment covers the period you chose. Plans do not renew automatically, and we will never charge you without you choosing to pay.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. If something went wrong with a payment, email us and we will put it right.
• We may change prices for future payments. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

5. Fair use

Please do not:

• copy, scrape or resell our questions, explanations or study plans,
• upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that belongs to someone else without permission,
• try to get around a paid feature, break into another account, or interfere with how ClassMaster works,
• use ClassMaster to cheat in an examination.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Our content

The ClassMaster app, its explanations, study plans, topic maps and design belong to us. BECE past questions and WAEC marking schemes remain the property of their original publishers and are presented for revision. You may use ClassMaster for your own learning and teaching.

7. What we can and cannot promise

• We work hard to make questions, answers and explanations accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, tell us.
• Readiness scores, predicted grades and AI marking are estimates to guide your revision. They are not official results.
• ClassMaster helps you prepare. We cannot guarantee any exam result or school placement.
• We aim to keep ClassMaster available at all times, but it may occasionally be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of ClassMaster, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Ghanaian law that cannot be removed.

9. Closing your account

You can stop using ClassMaster at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@classmastergh.com. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

10. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
